KUF began in Bucharest, in a small studio where plans are our daily work — from city plans to building permits. We learned that good planning isn't about doing more; it's about seeing everything clearly, in one calm place.
So we designed the planners we wanted for ourselves: elegant Excel workbooks where you type in a few cells and everything else fills itself. No complicated formulas, no clutter — just a quiet system in olive, burgundy and brass.

Questions
Good to know
What do I need to use the planners?
Microsoft Excel for Windows or Mac (Excel 2016 or newer / Microsoft 365), or Excel for the web, which is free with a Microsoft account. The planners are not designed for Google Sheets, Apple Numbers or LibreOffice.
How do I get my files?
You buy through our Etsy shop and download the files instantly after payment, from your Etsy purchases page and the confirmation email.
Do the planners work in my currency?
Yes. Choose your currency symbol in the Settings tab — €, $, £, lei or any other.
Are the planners dated?
No — they're undated. Choose your start date in Settings and begin on any day of the year.
Can I use them on my phone?
Yes, with the Microsoft Excel app. Planning is easiest on a computer; ticking habits and logging expenses works well on the phone.
Can I share or resell the files?
The files are for personal use only. Please don't share or resell them — thank you for supporting a small studio.
